Infraglenoid tubercle of the scapula
What is the origin of the medial head of the triceps?
below the radial sulcus (groove)
What is the origin for the lateral head of the triceps?
Above the radial sulcus (groove)
Where does the long head of the biceps brachii originate?
Supraglenoid tubercle - goes up through intertubercular sulcus
Where does the short head of the biceps brachii originate?
Coracoid process of the scapula
What is the insertion of the biceps brachii?
Radial tuberosity and the bicipital aponeurosis into deep fascia on medial part of forearm
What is the coronoid process?
The little sticky outey bone at the elbow on the ulna, under the trochlear notch.
What is the origin of the brachialis?
Anterior surface of the humerus, distal half
What is the insertion of the brachialis?
Coronoid process and tuberosity of the ulna
What is the origin of the flexor digitorum superficialis?
Medial epicondyle of the humerus
