Explain the 3 levels of water rescue
1 - FFs working within 3m of an unprotected waters edge
2 - FFs or FRU swift water rescue technicians (SRTs) enter still or moving water
3 - Ops that involve the Flood response kit (FRK)

TRA will be informed following level 1 and will attend level 2, you do not have to wait for them to attend to commence the heroics.

Why would you turn off the machine at a water incident?
