IC to liaise with the occupier (in exceptional circumstances e.g.. elderly or infirm/ disabled occupant the IC may pass such a message in the normal fashion.
If the occupier is not in attendance and the supply is shut down what should you attach to the relevant mains supply valve/switch?
A tag - this informs the occupier not to re instate the supply until it has been checked.
