Enteric organism = PO 400 mg ofloxacin 2 weeks

A

Epididymitis - UL testicle pain + swelling
Elevating elevates pain

TT = Loss of cremasteric reflex
Sudden, severe pain Elevation of testes DOES NOT ease pain
