Disuse in 1960 as the ships got bigger so they built a bigger dock (Teesport)

In 2000, MFC built stadium was only thing there for 15 years

2005 development of office building. 19 years later encourage tertiary

Middlesbrough college & the cube (wanted a 2nd but no one wanted to buy the flats so never went ahead)

Tenamos sculpture which was hoped to bring tourists

Dry ski slope being constructed- 2018
