How do you make a noun plural?

A
  • Use the correct plural article, depending on if the noun is masculine or feminine and if an indefinite or definite article is being used.
  • Add an s or an x at the end of the noun.

A
  • Add n’ in front of y.
  • Add pas in front of the article.
  • The articles un, une, and des becomes de or d’.

Ex. Il y a des tableaux dans la classe.

Il n’y a pas de tableau.
