Name of the injured or ill person
Date, time and place of the incident
The details of the injury/illness
The treatment given
What are evacuation procedures for a fire?
Act fast, do not panic, sound the fire alarm.
Control and contain the fire if you have been trained to do so and it is safe.
Telephone the fire service.
Follow emergency procedure.
Assist in ensuring everyone is in a place of safety.
Support others to stop people going back in to retrieve personal belongings.
Try to remain calm
What are the authorities that need reporting to?

What are the responsibilities of a first aider?
3 ps. Assess for danger Keeping themselves and the area safe Prevent further harm Maintain respect and dignity Get help Stay with an individual until help arrives

Danger - check for danger Response - are they conscious? Shout for help - or call an ambulance Airway - open it up gently Breathing - check for breathing Circulation - check for a pulse
