A
The degree to which the Earth is able to provide the resources necessary to meet people’s needs

A
accepting the responsibility to make sure earth resources remain sustainable

gap between the resources earth can reasonably supply and what the people of the world consume

A
- 160 countries set their own targets for reducing emissions of GHG’s
- Goal of keeping global warming below 2 degrees Celsius compared with pre industrial times
- Canada’s goal: a 30% reduction in emissions from 2005-2030
