. You can listen anytime and anywhere
. Provides the audience with a stronger connection to the presenter
Streamed audio and video
. Instant playback
. Needs high bandwidth
. Formats can include streamed real-time radio and television, catch-up shows, YouTube and Spotify
Social media channels
. Allows users to interact, share, comment
. The high amount of users means they represent a source of data that can be used for marketing
Document stores
. Cloud storage this includes google docs, dropbox and one drive
. Files can be uploaded to, and downloaded from such sites
RSS feeds
. A small amount of information that may only be relevant for a bit of time, such as a flash sale
