In revalidatiepraktijk meest in zwang. Beschadiging is irriversibel. Zoveel mogelijk compenseren met andere intacte functies.

Restorative model : Functional training through repeated practice approach. Usually with computer tasks
Comensatory approach: Skill training, more proactive role.
Psychoeducation: informing about condition. environmental modifications are necessary to aid lifestyle and psychotherapy is beneficial to help with consequences.
