TOP-003 R1
Each TO must maintain a specification of the data it needs for Operation Planning Analyses, and Real-time monitoring and assessments.
It must include:
- list of data needed
- provisions for notification of protection system status or degradation
- periodicity for providing data
- deadline by which it must be provided
TOP-003 R2
Essentially same as R1 but for a Balancing Authority

Each TO must distribute its data specification to all entities that have data it requires

Essentially the same as R3 but for BA’s :
Each BA must distribute its data specification to all entities that have data it requires
TOP-003 R5
Each entity that receives a data specification must satisfy it using:
- mutually agreeable format
- mutually agreeable process for resolving data conflicts, - mutually agreeable security protocol.
Applicable entities: TO, BA, GO, GOP, Trans owner, DP, Load serving entity
