how is smoking linked to cancer?
can cause faults in cells as they divide, leading to cancers.
What can tobacco smoking lead to?
- Hypertension
- Atherosclerosis, leading to CVD (causes 40% of all smoking related deaths)
- Respiratory conditions (eg. emphysema and COPD)
- Cancers
