due to technology, using transport instead of walking and bike riding, safety fears.

benefits of physical activity?
A
- Healthy body weight (uses up energy), hence decreases risk of obesity
- Healthy blood vessels (maintains elasticity) hence reduces blood pressure and CVD
- Positive mental health and lowered rates of depression/anxiety/stress due to endorphins
- Weight bearing activity assists in keeping muscular and skeletal systems strong and decreases risk of osteoporosis.
