A
thrombolytic drug
binds to blood clots and breaks down the fibrin matrix

acute MI
massive PE with haemodynamic instability
Acute Ischaemic Stroke if given in 4 hours

A
acute pancreatitis
aneurysm
recent surgery
oral anticoagulants e.g. warfarin (high INR)
severe liver disease

anticoagulants e.g. LMWH (e.g. Enoxaparin)
ACE inhibitors

intracerebral haemorrhage
