A: flex and laterally rotate the knee, tilt pelvis posteriorly
: long head - extend and laterally rotate the hip

Semitendinosus
A: flex the knee, medially rotate the flexed knee, extend and assist to medially rotate the hip, tilt the pelvis posteriorly

Semimembranosus
A: flex the knee, medially rotate the flexed knee, extend the hip, assist to medially rotate the hip, tilt the pelvis posteriorly

Adductor Magnus
A: adduct, medially rotate and assist to flex the hip
: posterior fibers - extend the hip

I: medial lip of linea aspera and adductor tubercle
N: obturator L2,3,4 and sciatic L4,5,S1
Pectineus
A: adduct, medially rotate and assist to flex the hip
O: superior ramus of pubis
I: pectineal line of femur

Gracilis
A: adduct and medially rotate the hip, flex and medially rotate the flexed knee
O: inferior ramus of pubis
