A

as you can not rotate the patient during surgery, you can use bean bags/polystyrene bag or padded table.

how can you prevent corneal ulcers during anaesthetic and 24 hours post.

A

applying lubricant and tpe eyes shut if possible - tear production is reduced 24 hours post surgery so additional lubrication should be provided.
