What is the endocrine system?

A

The endocrine system is a collection of glands that produce hormones that: regulate metabolism, growth and development, tissue function, sexual function, reproduction, sleep and mood, among other things.

Homorones: Chemical messengers released into the bloodstream influencing the activity of the muscles and organs.

    When the body settles into sympathetic division activity, continuing to release stress hormones.

    Body’s resources are gone

A

The immune system is a system of cells organs and chemicals that respond to attacks on the body whether it be from injuries or diseases or sickness.

The immune system is affected by stress.
