The Coach Approach Flashcards
What is the definition?
Coaches look to collaborate & partner vs. show up as an expert who analyzes, problem solves, provides solutions, gives advice, provides education, teaches new skills, develops strategies. The coach approach is a personalized learning system which enables clients to find their own answers and achieve exceptional results even in the face of challenges.
