Q

What are the principles?

A

Social Cognitive Theory Principles:
Cognitive learning principles focus on what you know rather than what has happened to you. They are oriented toward structure and order and focus on plans and active approaches: when you think about something and then do it. SCT emphasizes the dynamic interaction between people (personal factors), their behavior, and their environments.
