How does digoxin work?
Increases intracellular calcium, allows more calcium to enter the myocardial cell during depolorization
Causes:

* Increased cardiac output, renal perfusion
* Overall efect is increased cardiac out put
* slowed heart rate
Used in AFIB and Atrial Flutter
