PEO (PEOP)-focus
client assets and limitations to occupational performance. STGs focus on factors limiting occupational performance and LTGs focus on performing daily life tasks and roles.
MOHO- focus
performance of occupations, roles, habits, interests and motivation. Goals focus on performance of meaningful occupations, habits, and roles.
Biomechanical- focus
client skills and environmental factors. STGs focus on ROM, strength, edema, and endurance. LTGs focus on increasing functional activity to demonstrate progress.
COPM- focus

Developmental- focus

Rehabilitative- focus
strengths and areas in need of improvement. Goals focus on functional outcomes (what the client will do).
Sensory Integration- focus
sensory processing deficits and how they impact performance. Goals focus on increased duration or repetition of activity , quality of movement, and socially acceptable ways of achieving sensory stimulation.
