Do you know of any theoretical models relating to team working?
A
- You have the Tuckman’s theory, with is Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning.

How would you select the right people to join your team?
A
- Firstly, identify the task and what skills are required.
- Review team to understand what skills are already available
- Select new member based on the shortfall of experience/skillset

How would you deal with an inexperienced team member?
A
- Provide motivation
- Provide support
- Provide feedback
- Identify strengths and weaknesses

Why would a team fail?
A
- Poor selection of team
- Poor leadership
- Lack of communication
- Skillsets do not match the requirements to achieve goals.

- Listening in project meetings and fulfilling my actions in a timely manner
- Communicating to the project team regularly
- Issuing reports on time to the teams timescales
