Principal Designer:

  • Planning & managing pre-construction
  • Ensure risks are eliminated/controlled
  • Pass information onto Principal contractor
  • Ensure designers comply

  • Prepare F10 certificates
  • Ensure O&M manuals comply

CDM Regs:

  • They ensure H&S issues are considered during a projects development
  • Ensures risk of harm to those who build, use and maintain structures are reduced.
