- Set an agenda so all parties are clear on what to expect
- Take minuets of the meeting and actions

I would immediately inform the partner in charge of the project, who would then initiate our complaints handling procedure.

- On Duke street i managed to succesfully negotiate the contractor to include a £20k contractors discount and to also demonstrate x3 quotes from supplies to show competitive rates.
- This helped negotiate the contract sum to below to clients budget.
