4) Medial of that for articulation with the naviculocalcaneal ligament.
What is a mark of the neck of the talus?
Sulcus tali.
It courses forward obliquely from medial to lateral, expanding on its lateral side.

Flexor hallicis longus, posterior in between the lateral and medial processes.
What can fracture of the talus cause?
Arterial network damage, osteonecrosis, and premature osteoarthritis.
