You are able to be anonymous. This is efficient for people who may be embarrassed or scared to get help.
What is a weakness of “Guided-Self Help” in Talking Therapies?
It’s not exactly well-regulated, with the online practitioners possible being unqualified. This could lead to the client only getting worse.
