A

The protective mucus of the stomach has weakened and the tissues become inflamed. Heliobacter pylori bacteria attach themselves to the wall and prevent the area from producing mucus

Crohn’s can affect and inflame any part of the digestive tract (although it is most commonly found in the ileum and cecum) and it can be patched (disconnected), while ulcerative colitis affects only the large intestine
