From the Labrador current and minerals that come from the coldest water in North America this oyster is grown in a perfect growing environment. Boasting with a briny, sweet flavor, white cream color, this oyster gives a long, lasting fresh ocean finish. The icy water has no natural predator for oysters in this environment, and naturally washes the soil away twice weekly with cold speedy currents. The harder shell creates less splintering and gives the guest a safe and premium experience.

This product is flown in twice per week from St. John’s and our kitchens will have this oyster extremely fresh. We are committed to supporting one of the cleanest and premium oysters on the planet.

- Shucked Oysters (list variety)
- Crispy prawn roll/dynamite roll
- Yuzu Tuna Tataki
- Prawn cocktail (tossed in lemon vinaigrette).
- Poacher Lobster tail
- Lemon wedge
- Black pepper Yuzu mignonette
- Fresh horseradish
- Spicy house-made cocktail sauce
- Pickled ginger and wasabi.
Delivered with:
- 2 x demitasse spoons for mignonette and cocktail sauce
- 1 oyster fork per person
- 1 chopsticks per person

Order of delivery: (requires 2 people for delivery)
