PIZZA DELIVERY + SETTING
Pizza Stand Best Practices:
● Pizza stands are used when more than one guest is enjoying a pizza.
● Each pizza stand can hold up to 2 pizzas.
● Pizza stand(s) and share plates are to be preset at the table by the service team.
● Pizza stands should be placed in the middle of the table.
● Share plates should be placed in front of each guest. As per share plate spec,
do not give additional napkins.
● Cleaning Pizza Stands: Wipe down in the pass-through after each use with cloth and sani.
KALE + MUSHROOM PIZZA
Chef says:
