  • Percentage of drivers rated in green as per monthly driver performance report, compliant with driver training requirements, recognition and reward system for green drivers, service quality meetings, percentage of vehicles with driving monitors installed and working
  • CMSL Events
  • Lead Times: Amount of time before a good is used that the order is placed
  • Demurrage: How long an item waits at a final destination before it is offloaded
  • Service: unload/load times and dispatch performance
  • HSE Culture: Soft Rating
  • Billing: Days to invoice, accuracy of invoices, invoice data backup (BOL, GPS data, Driver Logs, field ticket)
  • Reporting: rated the information they are able to provide (revenue from us, # of loads, trucks/day, total km driven, high level metrics)
  • Financial: km/hr and $/KG/KM

What is a SDS?

A
  • Safety data sheet, it is a specific document for a specific material that shows important physical and chemical characteristics of a chemical or product to alert a user, transporter, or other interested party to potential safety hazards that may be associated with the material.
  • Also contains treatments for exposure or ingestion as well as the type of equipment needed for safe handling.
  • It is a legal requirement in most countries for all aspects of commerce involving chemicals.
