It is a SLB internal Resume: personal statement, assignments and career to date, areas of expertise, other skills and training.
What is the difference between the management promotion ladder and the technical promotion ladder?
Management: eg. Operations Management or Functional Management positions. Promotion are based on performance.
Technical: eg. Technical experts and specialists. Progression via SETC
What is SETC and how does it work?
The Schlumberger Eureka Technical Careers. It is designed to influence employee motivation by providing significant reward and recognition for demonstrated technical excellence.
What are the 4 steps for SETC?
- Senior - leading at a project level
- Principal - leading within a GeoMarket or R&D Center
- Advisor - leading across a whole Area, a Service Segment or the entire R&D organization
