What is cultural and gender diversity? Why is it important to SLB?

A

Gender diversity hire for equal men and women, trying to have 50-50. Cultural Diversity-Hire people for all over the world to promote diversity and mixing talent giving company more strength. It is important due to is what differentiate us for the competition, due we mix ideas and strategies with diverse work force.
