Explain police Sexual Harassment
- it is contrary to SLB values and against everything we are working for.
It can include:
- unwelcome sexual advances or propositions
- any verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature which unreasonably interferes with another person’s ability to work or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environmental
- Personnel decision such as hiring, promotion, compensation, and continued employment, which are based on an employee’s acceptance or rejection of sexual advances.
- Inappropriate attempts at sexual humor.
Explain police Conflict of Interest.
Must avoid situation which involve, or could appear to involve, conflicts between their personal interests and the interests of SLB companies or of SLB custumers.
SLB employees are expected to put SLB business interests ahead of their own.
Information about SLB business or prospective business must not be used for personal gain or to compete with SLB directly or indirectly, in the purchase or sale of property or other interests.
SLB employees must not work for a competitor of SLB while at the same time working with SLB

was a Schlumberger initiative aimed at helping employees better balance their professional and personal lives.
WP21 is the idea of creating a more inviting and motivating business environment.

What SEED stand for?

Describe SEED.
is a global nonprofit education program that focuses on students aged 10-18 in underserved schools. Founded in 1998, it is a volunteer-based program focused on communities where Schlumberger people live and work
What are SLB’s ethics ?
