  • Niyama – svadyaya – very important. We can identify which parts we are good at, which parts are we not good at.
  • Sweet spot is seeing where the strengths and weaknesses are. Without knowing this we can’t work through it. Similar to if we go to the Dr and they investigate things.
  • We have the opportunity to heal our karma and chakra.
