  • As we get busy in the lead up to the end of the year, we often have too much to do. And the thing that falls off our to do list, is our self-care. What if we were to refocus our efforts on self-care in the lead-up to Xmas?

  • It is such an important time of year to take ownership for the health of your body, mind, emotions. Being more compassionate for yourself.

  • Ask yourself – what acts of self-care could help you enjoy your Xmas more? For me, I am going to prioritise solo time even when I have guests, might just be reading a book on the beach, listening to music, focusing on one thing at a time.

Intention behind

A
  • The idea of self-care I’m focusing on is not a way to hide from anxiety or frustration – which is also important – but identifying self-care that helps you to promote healthy emotions, clear head space – so you can flourish and enjoy this busy time of year. So the intention behind our self-care is very important.
