• Rather, I invite you to choose what shape matches your body’s needs at this moment

- Focusing away from the ego and toward your body. What does it need right here and now.
- Maybe your edge today is crow with the strength and vibrancy that this pose brings
- Maybe your edge is malasana – softening into the earth but also the strength that you need to bring to your legs, your chest
- Trusting the strength of your arms, your legs, your core

• Letting go of expectations allows us to explore and allows a deeper truth to reveal itself, maybe a playfulness
