would still be making a lot of mistakes, be trying to master the basics, not smooth, and consistent performance.
how well would you be performing the skills at the associative stage
have mastered the basic skills and be starting to learn some more complex ones, have a more consistent performance but still make some mistakes.
how well would you be performing the skills at the autonomous stage
be super consistent and will have a fluent, advanced and effective performance. Won’t need to think about doing the basics as they have engraved into their long term memory and will think more about tactics to outwit an opponent
what feedback would a cognitive stage performer recieve from their coach
coach will provide the performer with praise, support and feedback.

- will break the skill into smaller parts in order for it to be easier
what feedback would a associative stage performer recieve from their coach
the coach will provide verbal and visual detailed guidance
what feedback would a autonomous stage performer recieve from their coach
will give detailed guidance and use more manual help in order for them to refine their performance, will also use video footage analysis.
