Anderson wall test how is it carried out
stand exactly 2 metres away from a vertical wall. Throw the ball underarm with one arm and catch it with the other repeatedly. A partner will time you for thirty seconds and count the number of successful catches

ruler drop test CoF it measures

ruler drop test how it it carried out
a partner will be holding a ruler vertically and you need to put your thumb and index finger at the 0cm sign. the partner will drop the ruler without warning and you need to try and catch it with those two fingers. your arm must be fully outstretched. check how many centimetres you caught it at. measure from top of finger.

Illinois test how it is carried out
set up a preset course with cones and lie down at the start mark with your stomach facing the ground and your chin on the floor. on go run around the cones as fast as you can, a partner will time you.

stork stand test carried out
stand on one foot and when you’re ready start a timer put hands on hips, close your eyes and put your foot one one knee and stay balancing for as long as you can. if you open your eyes, move your hips, lose balance or move your foot the timer will stop. partner stops.

- start running on go, you will need to run exactly 30 metres, sprint as fast as you can and your partner will stop the timer once you pass the end line.
