  1. Nature and circumstances.
  2. Intent - did they knowingly behave or make a decision that was not in line with the C.o.C,
  3. Our Values and Policies.
  4. Your position, duties, responsibilities and your ability to fulfil duties/responsibilities.
  5. Impact on the organisation and relationships.
  6. Impact on the T and C Police has in you.
  7. How similar behaviour has been treated in the past.
