- Herniated Disc.

Clinical Features of Sciatica.
A
- Unilateral Pain from Buttock Radiating Down Thigh to Below Knee or Feet - Electric/Shooting.
- Paraesthesia.
- Numbness.
- Motor Weakness.

A
Red Flag : Cauda Equina Syndrome.

Examination of Sciatica.
A
Sciatic Stretch Test - positive if pain in buttock/posterior thigh.

Management of Sciatica (3).
A
- Same as Acute Low Back Pain.
- Neuropathic Relief - no Gabapentin or Pregabalin.
- Specialist : Epidural Corticosteroid Injection, Local Anaesthetic Injection, Radiofrequency Denervation, Spinal Decompression.
