Abnormal Sensations - Dysaesthesia and Loss of Sensation - Anaesthesia in Nerve Distribution (Upper Outer Thigh) :

  1. Burning.
  2. Numbness.
  3. Pins and Needles.
  4. Cold Sensation.
  5. Hair Loss.
  6. Aggravated by Walking/Standing and Hip Extension but Relieved by Sitting.

  1. Conservative - Rest, Looser Clothing, Weight Loss and Physiotherapy.
  2. Medical - Analgesia : Paracetamol, NSAIDs, Neuropathic Analgesia, Local Injections.
  3. Surgical - Decompression, Transection, Resection.
