- Motor : Triceps Brachii and Posterior (Extensor) Compartment of Forearm - Unopposed Flexion of Wrist = Wrist-Drop.
- Sensory Loss over Radial Nerve Distribution (Dorsal Lateral 3.5 Fingers).

- Dislocation at Shoulder.
- Fracture of Proximal Humerus.
- Fracture of Humeral Shaft in Radial Groove.

Patterns of Radial Nerve Injury (3).
A
- Very High Lesions : Impingement e.g. Crutches, Saturday Night Palsy.
- High Lesions : Humeral Shaft Fracture.
- Low Lesions : Fracture in Forearm e.g. Finger Drop.
