Dispense softserve
Get sundae cup
Counterclockwise
After last half turn bring the flow towards center
lift cup slightly close draw handle as soon as mix covers the center
4 turns + tip
Dispense hot choco fudge
Depress handle completely
Direct the flavor at the tip of van cream to evenly distribute the topping
Equivalent to 35g

Get cone
Make sure 1st turn of softserve flows along the rim of the cone
Put pressure on the 1st turn to prevent dropping of softserve into the coating when it is dipped
Total of 2 turns

This will allow refrigeration unit to recover from the last draw
Prep rice crispies
Stir coating thoroughly using andrea soup spoon (make sure coating is homogenous after stirring)
Portion 1lvl tsp of rice crispies
Scatter rice crispies on thr coating flavor
Dip cone twirl
Dipping time 3sec
Weigh of coating 8-10g
Make sure coating touched the rim of the cover
Dripping time 5sec

Portion 1lvl tsp of rice crispies 1.6-2.0g
Scatter uniformly
Scp 1 serving of coating using andrea ss 8-10g
Pour on the tip
Skim off rice crispies
Skimming is done every hour
Priming
Procedure for establishing the proper air to mix ratio in the freezing cylinder before entering auto mode of operation
Improper priming can result to
Sloppy product, long freezing time, freeze up
Always use fresh mix when priming
2gallons or 7.6L of fresh mix is req for priming
