PAR-Q
a self-screening tool that can be

to start an exercise or training

The phases of a warm-up in order
Cardiovascular, Stretching, Sport Specific
Cardiovascular phase
Start with this to gradually raise the heart rate towards the working heart rate
Stretching
Static- easy, on the spot stretching without straining
Dynamic- stretches that use movements specific to a sport
Sport specific
Doing training specific to your sport/your performance. For example stopping shots or catching corners for a goalkeeper

Time-bound
Why perform warm ups
Prepare muscles, Prepare joints, Prevent injury, Prepare the mind, Prepare cardiovascular system
