Harvard step test
Cardiovascular fitness
Step up and down a bench every 2secs for 5mins and measure your pulse after 1min of the test then 3mins of taking it then 5 mins of taking it and see how good your recovery is
One minute sit up test
Muscular endurance
Do as many sit ups as you can in 1min and count how many you can do
One minute press up test
Muscular endurance
Do press ups for 1 minute and see how many you can do
Hand grip
Muscular strength
Hold your arm straight in-front of you and squeeze the hand grip and read the dial to see what amount of force you exerted
30m sprint
Speed
Set out a mark for 30m and try and run it in the least amount of time possible
Sargent jump test
Power
Jump as high as you can without a run up and measure it
Illinois agility test
Agility
Run around a set up course in as little time as possible
Sit and reach
Flexibility
In a slow motion with your legs straight reach out as far as you can and measure it
