To keep us free of diseases and illnesses by keeping the correct amount of minerals, vitamins, protien, carbs, fats and fibres as well as water in the diet

Are type of food you need large amounts of in your body
What is a micronutrient
Are parts of your food you need for normal growth
Why are carbs important
They are the main source of energy in your body and supply you with the energy you need to survive, there are two types of carbs: complex and simple

The loss of water and salts that are essential for normal bodily functions

The rate at which metabolic processes take place the rate at which a body uses up energy

Making you produce more urine
