What is the purpose of doing the 12 minute cooper run?
Test cardio vascular fitness and estimates VO2 Max.
What’s the protocal for 12 minute cooper run?
Run for 12 minutes around a marked out course for example 50m intervals, mesure your distance and calculate your VO2 Max. Use the same course when you re do the test.
What is the protacle for harvard step test?
Step on and off a 45cm high platform for 5 minutes, keeps a regular pace of 150 steps a minute. Then mesure your heart rate at 1..2..3 minutes into your recovery.

Test muscular strength in the hand.

Use a hand grip dynanometer. With you strongest hand squeeze tightly as possibl, take 3 recordings and use the best score

Test muscular endurance.
What’s the protacal of the 1 min push up test?
Perform press ups for 1 minute and your partner counts how many u do in that time.
Purpose of the 1 min sit up test?
To test abdominal muscular endurance.
What’s the protocal of the 1 min sit up test?
Get a partner to time 1 minute and count your score of how many push ups performed in 1 minute.
Purpose of the 30m sprint?
To test a persons speed.
What’s the protocal of the 30m sprint?
Mark out 30m in a straight line and sprint while your partner times you.

Test leg power

Chalk you fingers and reach up the wall leaving a mark. Then still with chalk on your fingers jump up mark the wall mesure the didtance and record your result

To test flexability and lower back muscles
