What is continuos training and what does it work on?
It is non stop running/cycling etc and it works on stamina
What is fartlek and what does it work on?
It is where you are regularly changing the tempo and it works on cardiovascular fitness.
What is circuit training and what does it work on?
Doing different activities to work on different parts of the body. And it can work on all of the COF but mainly muscular endurance
What is interval training and what does it work on?
A period of work followed by a period of rest, mainly works on Cardiovascular fitness.
What is plyometrics training and what does it mainly focus on?
A form of exercise that works on repetitive muscle work and mainly focuses on muscular strength and endurance
What is weight training and what does it mainly focus on?
Working your muscles in order to make them stronger, mainly working in muscular strength
