Working the entire body for long periods of time

A series of excersises completed for a certain amount of time/reps

Physical training which includes alternating stages of high and low intensity activity
Plyometrics training
Excersises where muscles use maximum force in short intervals or time
Weight training
Shifting weight to increase the strength of the muscle using a programme of excersise
