A

In your body the term ‘lever’ refers to a system of muscles and bones working together to bring about movement.
When you exercise, your muscles pull on your bones, and tyour nones create movement, acting as levers.

A

A lever is a structure that has four components:

By a term 'FLE'

A tricep dip would be an example of a first class lever. The elbow fulcrum, effort applied by tricep, load weight in the hand.

Second class leaver sits between the fulcrum and effort an example of this is a wheelbarrow. The wheel is the fulcrum, the handles take the effort the load is placed between the two.
